Philip J. Waters was born in New Castle, Pennsylvania. As a child, he enjoyed watching cartoons, which sparked his imagination. As he grew older, his interests transitioned to TV shows and movies. However, adulthood brought challenges, including failed relationships and losing loved ones. Despite these hardships, Philip found solace in writing his first screenplay.

A pivotal moment in his life occurred in the fall of 2019 when he attended a church service at Fresh Wind Ministries INT, where his brother, Alonzo Waters, serves as pastor. During the service, Philip received a life-changing message from the Holy Spirit, instructing him to turn his first three screenplays into books and to publish them.

Since then, Philip has established his own publishing company, Philip J. Waters Publishing, and founded No Bull Films, an independent film company. He will publish his first two fiction novels, *Lucifer Son of the Morning* and *Dark Hours Ahead of Us* in the latter part of 2025, with a third novel, *1888*, following in early 2026.
