Philip J. Waters is an American author, screenwriter, and the founder of No Bull Films and Philip J. Waters Publishing. He was born and raised in New Castle, Pennsylvania, where his imagination was first ignited through cartoons, television, and film—sparking a lifelong passion for storytelling.

As he grew older, Philip’s interest in storytelling matured into a passion for cinematic writing and screen development. Real-life hardships shaped his journey, including failed relationships and the loss of loved ones. In the midst of those trials, he found purpose and direction in writing his first screenplay.

A defining moment occurred in the fall of 2019 when Philip attended a service at Fresh Wind Ministries INT, where his brother, Pastor Alonzo Waters, serves as pastor. During that service, Philip had a powerful spiritual encounter and received a life-changing message from the Holy Spirit: to turn his first three screenplays into books and publish them.

Following that calling, Philip first established No Bull Films, an independent film company created to develop and produce his stories for the screen. He then launched Philip J. Waters Publishing, his independent publishing company, to bring those same stories to readers around the world.

Philip will release his first two fiction novels in 2026:

• Lucifer Son of the Morning — an epic fantasy saga of heavenly rebellion, power, and destiny.

• Dark Hours Ahead of Us — a gripping romance-thriller of love, obsession, and consequences.

In 2027, he will expand his catalog with:

• 1888 — a historical/supernatural suspense novel

• Sin City Affair — a romance-driven suspense story of passion and betrayal.

In 2028, Philip will continue expanding his universe with:

• THE MARK — a chilling apocalyptic thriller centered on control, faith, survival, and the cost of obedience in a world ruled by darkness.

 Through No Bull Films and Philip J. Waters Publishing, Philip is building a bold, cinematic storytelling universe—one that lives both on the page and on screen. 

Grounded in faith and driven by purpose, Philip remains optimistic about the future and continues to trust in God as he expands his global storytelling empire.
